Festool Fall 2011 Promotion - Sanders!

09/22/2011

Festool Fall 2011 Promotion - Sanders! 4Every fall Festool does three things: New tools; some special limited time offer tools, and some sort of sale promotion.
I'll talk about the new tools next time but I first wanted to call your attention to a really useful promotion that will be running from October 1 through November 30th.

It's a big one. 10% off all sanders and some accessories. for more information and to find out exactly what's included in the deal click here. Currently our website doesn't show anything on sale - that's because we aren't allowed to, but from midnight on Oct 1 to the end of November the sale prices and promos will magically appear and then disappear. It's an instant discount so you don't have to file for a rebate or anything.
If you need help figuring out which Festool sander is right for you take a gander at a blog entry I wrote earlier this year.

note: thanks for the kind remarks about the new website. I know menus don't work on Explorer 6. I will try to get a fix in for that. However if you are using a browser that is a few years old you might want to consider upgrading for free to a modern browser. All the new ones (Firefox, Chrome, Opera ) support HTML5 and a lot of websites have cool HTML5 features. Explorer 9 is HTML5 compliant (marginally - MS has a tendency to go it's own way) but it's only available on Windows 7 and up. If you must use IE Internet Explorer 8 works pretty well with our site.

Actually, with Chrome on OSX (14.0.835.186) and Safari (6533.21.1) the menus don't work that well either.
I introduced a bug last night - Chrome menus (and others) should be fixed - explorer 6 still a problem
