Like most people, we spend lots of time (way too much time) surfing the web, entranced by various videos. In Video Roundup, we offer some videos from all over the world that we found especially intriguing.

Many of us associate lyres with Ancient Greece, where they were used to accompany lyric poetry recitations, but they have a long association with other areas in Europe and the Middle East. Small fragments of the 7th century Sutton Hoo lyre were found in a burial mound in England, for example. This week’s selection focus on building this ancient stringed instrument.
