It was great to find this easy chair of 1745 from the low country of South Carolina before new upholsterywe can see how easy it is to build. Mahogany legs without turning, cypress frame; legs shown full size. W.34, D.32, H.45 1/2. This piece is part of the collection at the Museum of Early Decorative Arts (MESDA) in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Each set of Carlyle Lynch measured drawings is accompanied by a detailed parts list with measurements, a list of hardware, and notes detailing any extra information that might be required, such as certain construction details.
