Orders can be placed over the internet at any time but
the showroom is normally open for walk-in and the phones are answered Monday thru Friday from 10:00 - 5:00 EST. Our elevator
is closed for lunch from noon to one o'clock.
We normally are open all days that FedEx have pickups, but this is a giant warehouse complex and depending on the holiday we may not have elevator service or heat. We are always closed on weekends because there is no heat, no elevator service and - most important - we all hate working weekends. The Tuesdays after a three day weekend are hard on the shipping department, but naturally the staff is ecstatic about the extra days off. We realize many customers are inconvenienced by the lack of weekend hours, We understand and apologize for that but I think we can agree that everyone needs a break, and an extra day to spend with family and friends is important - even for us retailers.
