Marking knives are used to lay out your work. A knife mark is precise and clearly defines where a cut should be. These marking knives are both elegant and functional. They are hollow ground, so they are easy to sharpen, and they hug the guide. We carry two styles, both for right- handed people. The first is a simple laminated blade. A hard-steel cutting edge is forge laminated to a hammer-decorated top piece which is not only elegant, but also gives the tool strength. We also carry a cased version of the same tool, which is in a scabbard. You will find these tools extremely useful in your shop and a great gift for someone else's shop. Made in Japan. Note: The deluxe version is currently unavailable.
